Sorry I didn't realize that you created your own merge request... In parent/pom.xml I think you need to define ow2DistMgmtSnapshotsUrl and ow2DistMgmtReleasesUrl properties are they are not inherited.

On a side note: you don't need to include https://repository.ow2.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases in

I think the artifact is not deployed because of https://gitlab.ow2.org/weblab/core/-/blob/master/pom.xml#L30 I'm closing this merge request (superseded by !3 (merged)) and open a new merge request to resolved that.

Use OW2 Nexus repository instead of doing SFTP to weblab-project.org. Remove reference to weblab-project.org (site, organization, etc.). This should resolve #11
