When we first planned the TYPO3 ACL (Access Control List) improvements back in 2023, we split them into four parts. The first part was delivered in Q1/2024. It provided documentation with best practices on how to set ACLs in TYPO3 and a command to automatically generate default backend user groups with required permissions already set.

TYPO3 attended the conference for the second time and we made many new connections at our popular booth. Our focus on governance, digital sovereignty, and digital infrastructure in the Global South is creating much interest.
