Added test adjusted coordinates for confirm minimum distance apart. Works together with new property ignorePossibleDuplicates to skip updates if we can't confirm we have moved the default distance filter distance away since previous event.

Added const for distance filter, raised default to 50.0 meters. This cut out a good deal of extraneous pin updates when no significant movement occurred. But still having duplicates when coming from background.
