This release contains several improvements and bug fixes.

We've been providing python-Levenshtein for some time since the original site disappeared from the net. There is now also an installer for Python 2.6 on Windows available.

Although this is partly a bugfix release, we are happy to announce the support for three new formats: Qt TS, TBX, and TMX!Highlighted improvements

- Don't count the templates towards the front page statistics (#1345) - Fix password change/reset links work without registration (#1350) - Allow deleting translator comments (#1349)

- Plural information for more languages - Cleaner language names (for the benefit of Pootle and Virtaal) - Skype support for prop2po and po2prop [by Filip Miletić]

- Correctly package the lookup plugin that was missing before - Draw the user's attention if the language pair isn't specified - Keep track of window sizes and maximisation state
