Create testlib utility module and make a first pass at consoladating some utilities and a little cleanup. Also, remove feature that enabled passing Splunk args (eg: username, password, scheme, host, port, owner, app) on the command line.. could not find a reasonable way to reconcile the conflict in processing unittest and Splunk cmdline arguments, so I finally decided to punt the feature.
