Removing the background color from the editable areas - this will just not work with any site that doesn't have a white background with black text. For now, a transparency hover is added - other ideas welcomed.

Explicitly setting the layout to false for the css and js. This may have been a side effect of working with the sfThemePlugin, but both of these actions were looking for CURRENT_TEMPLATE.js.php and were throwing 500 errors.
