Fixed bug if RequestHandler was not a component in AppController Catered for the extra field when editing routes - this wasn't being used. Translations now include support for the domain Settings shell created to import configs from bootstrap.php, routes from routes.php and translations from default.pot (useful to run I18N shell first)
