lots more changes to the UI. get text and layout pretty much right (the text is still a little off colorwise, probably due to my offset changes.) hit testing also operates against layers instead of the UIElement positions/bounds themselves.

the executable should be scsharp.exe. clears up a conflict between SCSharp.exe and SCSharp.dll which was (i think) the cause of the build not working
