Added files for Basic ruleset module example. Also added namespace to example, to be good. Needed to rename ruleset class to avoid having to explain a whole lot about namespaces.

Added section on created UniverseObjectType, and added example files. Added appendix with the example files in. Also added package verbatim to get the verbatiminput command to include whole files into the appendix.
