Initial wiring up of an operator precedence parser using the Shunting Yard algorithm. There's a lot of mess in this version, including semi-arbitrary operator priorities, and incomplete lists of operators, quick and dirty hacks etc. - the next few commits will clean that up.

Added "lifting" of variable names from :assign nodes, so that explicit :let's can be avoided. Currently the lifting ignores nested :lets (we don't handle nested :let's anyway) and just creates a single :let inside each :defun.
