Cougar is the Java client of the STOMP protocol. It implements the latest version of the STOMP specification that has been already released - 1.0. Implementation was fully contributed by the Reficio (TM) open source initiative. The main goal of the Cougar project is to provide the community with a proficient, reliable, performance-oriented and well-documented implementation of the STOMP protocol client for the JVM.
