Puppet

I've been using Puppet for a year or so now. As a system admin with numerous systems of varying operating systems, having 1 tool manage almost all (sans Windows) is a godsend!

Once you understand the basic the whole world opens up. I wanted to run puppet on every server at work but management would not allow that.
