Lots of minor tweaks and tidy-ups. "move plots" looks better, orders of magnitude moved off the axis ticks (took too much space), partial rearchitecting of key shortcuts (thus many shortcuts currently missing), beginning of implementation of 'close file', various code tidy-ups.

Three minor improvements. 1. Changed "save calculation" action names to "export calculation" 2. Automatic csv file extensions for saved calculations 3. Zplot legend sets colour to black explicity (rather than trusting that this is already so).

Fix for #78 (z-axis AF); profiling; unit tests A fix for the unhandled "degauss z" treatment type; tried some profiling, which added and changed some project files; fixed up the very few unit tests so that they actually work again.

Improved demag plot for data with a zero range of demag values. If all the data points have the same (or no) demagnetization value, they will be plotted with sequence number of the X axis so that all the X co-ordinates aren't identical.

Puffin now ignores 2G lines with no measurement (meas. type "NA"). Also added a bug about ignoring TRAY, and made detection of Zplot files more stringent.
