PHPIDS

It's been a pretty long while since we released the latest version of the PHPIDS. We had tons of microscopic changes in the rules and the Converter in the recent weeks so we decided to wait a little bit to have a diff large enough legitimizing the jump from 0.5.4 to 0.6.
