DateTime is a very comprehensive date management suite. It covers everything from calculations (with correct time zone adjustments), to formatting and parsing (numerous formats for both humans and computers are available), to proper localization, all in a consistent and clean manner. I don't trust any other code with the heinous task of managing date information it, and I haven't had a single complaint so far in several years.
