PRD-4964 - When inserting subreports and crosstabs, add the default "*" parameter to the import params. It is a sensible default. Make sure that both drag-n-drop and insert from the menu work the same in that respect.

PRD-5313 - Sorting was not applied on the second pass of a report run, breaking crossatab reports. Ensure that OK button is disabled for invalid crosstab configurations. This ensures that the create/edit crosstab dialog behaves correctly. Changed root-action for crosstab element from "Add Crosstab" to "Edit Crosstab" as this element should always have a crosstab group.

PRD-5184 - Updated the UI to handle the new maturity level. As a side-effect of the clean-up, we now also support mat-levels on attributes, styles and properties, although that is not used anywhere.

PRD-5184 - Metadata system clean up to reduce the complexity of the parsing process. A bunch of pseudo-builders help to collect properties. A set of new validation tests uncovered some missing/invalid metadata in the process.
