Added my "guichan sandbox" started some time before. Currently it isn't in any way linked with particlEd, I don't want to mess it together before I am sure I understand Guichan a bit. Made a simple play/pause/stop panel; it isn't ready yet, but at least does something :)

main.cpp: added option -l (restarts effect whenever it ends) pe_runner.rb: cleverer option parsing (Trollop library); can give options to particlEd ('--' means 'the following options aren't for you')
