Project Summary
jamseeder is the (free) software that seeds the albums on jamendo on BitTorrent.
Thanks to jamseeder, every jamendo album should have a minimal number of seeds, which means that every visitor will be able to download every album quickly enough.
jamseeder is in use on jamendo's servers and we would like our GNU/Linux users that have some spare diskspace and bandwidth to use it too, at home or on a server, to help us spread free music across the world!
Using jamseeder is very simple, you just give it a maximal diskpace in megabytes and a maximum upload speed, it takes care of the rest!
