atLoad method now called internally by each widget, no need to call externally. Tweaks to font sizes. Tweaks to calendar for IE6 - much better now. On multi-select filter, changed OK button to Apply. Major changes to the Rico 3 server control for SimpleGrids - much improved control over the way the grid exports to Excel. Also, MenuEvent for grids now defaults to none. LiveGrid panels are now ColGroups. LiveGrid now exposes its sqlCompatibilty object.
