Project Summary

CarrotQ is a flexible task management system using color to present a queue of tasks or projects. The main idea behind it is that it is better to use the carrot than the stick. Towards that goal, CarrotQ allows developers and management to input their view of a particular project based on concrete factors including compensation, business value, "newness", and other parameters. CarrotQ then pops tasks onto the queue based on the values of the parameters.
