Dear Origo users, Today we updated our wiki to fix some long outstanding issues and to increase general MediaWiki compatibility: Several fixes for the code and pre tags (make sure that you specify the correct language in the code tag, for ... [More] example for html use <code lang="xml"> Support for MediaWiki table syntax New styling for TOC (table of content) TOC is now automatically added if there are at least 4 headings Support for intra wiki links [[#my section]] to link to another section in the current page [[some page#some section]] to link to a section within another page In the long run we are planning to achieve 100% MediaWiki compatibility. Please note that this will affect the handling of single line breaks. Currently single line breaks in the wiki source are displayed as new lines in the page. But in MediaWiki single line breaks in the wiki source are not (!) displayed as newlines in the page. Have a look at this article for more information. We'll post another update once we have a fixed date for this change, but it's certainly a good idea to already use the MediaWiki style. As always we'd appreciate your feedback. Since a few days Origo Commuinities are live. Origo communities are meeting points where Origo users can hang out and discuss their favorite topics independent of an Origo project. A community in Origo is something like a group in Facebook or ... [More] StudiVZ. Any Origo user can be member or administrator of possibly multiple communities. Origo projects an be associated with a community. The idea was to create networks of users and projects. read more [Less]

Today we proudly present the Origo widget for Windows Vista. By default it is placed in the sidebar but it also supports floating mode. Once a project has been selected it provides a fully fledged workitem browser. All the details of a workitem can ... [More] be accessed from the widget itself and of course it also links to the web interface. In addition it comes with filtering capability for the different workitem types, which means that you can only display the workitem types of interest. read more [Less]

It contains the following changes: Use of a new API call for fetching the workitems leads to a significant performance boost (especially on slower connections) The layout ... Today we released the first version of the Origo Dashboard widget for OS X. It provides a handy workitem browser which allows you to quickly see what's going on in your favorite project(s). Additionally it comes with filtering functionality to ... [More] display only workitem types you are interested in (e.g. show only new releases). Since it is built on JavaScript it also serves as an example of how to access the Origo API from this particular language. read more [Less]
