OpenTK provides proper enumerations for GL calls, no-effort debugging & simple window creation functionality, all with a great developer support. My choice!

We use this project to access OpenCL (using CLOO). It provides a very reliable link to OpenCL. Their use of objects also simplifies the interface to OpenCL.
