getting rid of old expression evaluator - using the long ago developed more generic parser; adding -f option to cifmerge, if the options is provided and is false - the res and hkl files are not included and stripped if already in the cif, if it is true - then the effect is opposite, if the option is not given - the procedure does not care about the hkl/res file in the cif; re-factoring to adopt more generic functions...

minor compilation warning corrections; adding support for escaping char in the xld files; extending the 'macro' functionality for proper argument handling when referred as %1, this also involved changes to the IF macro since it operates on blocks of the instructions... - the result is that there is no direct argument substitution now; the strings in TDataItem are always escaped on saving and un-escaped on loading; adding -t option to exec to specify which commands should be run when the process is terminated (the old syntax with onterminate in macros was not supported for a long time now)
