Putting Arial back before Liberation Sans and FreeSans, because IE seems to choke if it comes after. (Weird)

Moving Arial last in the font stack, because Liberation Sans and FreeSans look better than Arial on Linux.

Added a font-stack for <pre> and <code> because browser defaults, Monospace (Ubuntu) and/or Courier (Windows), are terrible.

Moved minified files to /code/min, and the regular (non-minified) files to /code/css. Changed from tabs to two spaces. Just a personal preference.

Changed comment from "For IE9 beta" to "For IE9" in SVG fix, since IE9 final retained the SVG overflow bug.

Added links to MIT & GPL licenses in README.txt - also got rid of the link to Meyer's CSS reset, since I'm not using it anymore.

Replacing Meyer's reset.css with my own. It handles HTML4, XHTML, and HTML5 tags. Also, added the <figure> tag to text.css, to give it 20px of margin-bottom -- Assuming you'd use it instead of a <p> tag, when wrapping an <img> tag called out in a blog post, etc.

Adding "\0020" to clearfix instead of "." -- Apparently this is how the cool kids do it, because it's the encoding for a non-character, creating no whitespace weirdness.

Just adding a line-break after a comment, so it's clear where the comment ends, and the IE * html selector begins.

Minor update to force the <body> to be a minimum of 960px. Keeps backgrounds from being clipped for block-level wrapping elements with width:auto or width:100%. This can happen in non-IE browsers when there is horizontal scrolling. This is caused when browser constrained smaller than 960px. Anyway, the fix was simple. Takes more effort to explain it than to fix it. I used to just put this min-width rule in my own site's stylesheet, but I've had several people tell me they thought it'd be good in the 960 CSS itself.
