P. Sears - 10/30/2006 - Fixed bug in ReportDocument.cs when calling the reset() method. MakeDocument should be called when counting pages only when pages haven't been counted yet. There was a logic error in the previous version.

P.Sears - 10/30/2006 - Added a check to see if the NoPrint flag is set in the ReportDocument to indicating this section should not be printed. This flag is used when counting pages or sizing pages in advance.
