added in engine profiling (no good way to report data for the moment) a new linux timer based on clock_gettime (mwTimerLinuxRT), the begining of the mwp-conv model converter, for the moment working with collada, and a SDL Renderable (no SDL offscreen renderable for the moment)

physics are on the way, shaders works, but no uniforms for now, skeletal animation is in progress.
