Project Summary

make.py (and the pymake modules that support it) are an implementation of the make tool which are mostly compatible with makefiles written for GNU make. Originally written by Benjamin Smedberg for Mozilla, Pymake has proved to be several times faster at compiling Firefox than the MSYS (Windows) version of GNU make.
