[Bugs 9583, 9538, 5006] line number reported along with code extract, tidied attribute set on docContent and set appropriately in error messages. In the moki, element line numbers are attached to the HTML elements in the docContent node in moki:line (and possibly moki:col but not in this version) attributes. Test suite not validated and updated based on these changes yet.
