Hello, today I've tried to start the freshly downloaded server: I've an updated jre: export JAVA_HOME=$HOME/JAVA/jre1.7.0 export JRE_HOME=$HOME/JAVA/jre1.7.0 but I got this: The java class could not be loaded. java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: ... In reply to Directory Polling - partial file concern... Hello again, I think I have a pretty simple and common solution. I'll mv, cp, sftp files to the monitored outbox with a *.tmp extension. Those will be ignored by Directory Polling. Then I'll ... [More] rename them without the extension once they are fully there. Just wondering now if this is really necessary. Is there any inotify built into the Directory Monitor so that it will only send files that it knows are not being modified/touched? Thanks, Benny Log in or register to post comments [Less]

Hi, Linux jetty installation - One concern I have is if the directory polling were to inadvertently pickup and send a partial file. For example, if I were to mv, cp, or SFTP'd a large file to the as2 partner's outbox, could the polling end up sending a partial/incomplete file? Is this a legitimate concern? Thanks, Benny Forum: AS2

In reply to How to turn off duplicate checking ? In general I would say the decision of what should be done with duplicate message ID's, should be up to the subsequent application that is processing the message. Anyhow, it would be a huge step ... [More] forward if one could see what's the content of the duplicate message that was sent. Currently we can't really say that the same content was sent twice. Maybe it's different files just having the same message ID ? Log in or register to post comments [Less]

In reply to How to turn off duplicate checking ? csae1162, well it's not clear how to deal with dublicate message ids instead of throwing an error. If your partner has a problem creating unique message ids and sends a message with a message id that ... [More] is already in your system, should you simply ignore it? Message loss is the worst situation in EDI... Regards Log in or register to post comments [Less]

Hello! We have multiple ODETTE id's, is there way to put incoming files to differen folders depending on recievers that id's? By default, all incoming files get into folder of "Local station partner" Forum: OFTP2

In reply to jfv, Thanks, yes, I understand... Just for your info, I installed Mendelson on a Windows System. And the same error occurred... I also bypassed my proxy, asking my partner to directly send to the Mendelson server. Still the same error. I'm lost... boat is sinking :-) Log in or register to post comments
