Added the Botball library functions to the manual and changed the manual title from CBC to CBCv2.

Updated manual to remove tone and track_is_new_data_available since these functions are not yet implemented. Updated cbc2 template to comment out the set_each_analog function -- it can be uncommented if needed. Modified create simulator so that both bumpers wil trigger if robot runs into a wall head on. Note that if the angle is more than a couple degrees, only the first bumper will register so if that is not used to stop the robot the robot will pass through the wall (since the real robot would not register the other bumper (and the robot would continue to run thoug it would not pass through the wall).

Updated the opo up help for CBC target that prints out function help lines as you type a function name. Added the new Create library, and corrected several mistakes left over from CBC1 to CBC2 conversion.
