This commit is the start of Ruby language support for KDevelop 4. Implemented: - ruby LL(1) parser with kdevelop-pg parser generator - ruby lexer with flex - ruby language support stub (it doesn't do anything now) To this moment the parser is able to parse simple expressions, class and method declarations.
