Major cleanup. All major methods now fail-quick if null parameters are used in method call. Iterators have been replaced with optimized for-loops. Defensiv copying is used where methods return internal objects. Throws tags now have more detailed descriptions. Behaviour of add (listener, source) has changed in the way that the listener is now removed again if the subscribtion to source failed. And a lot of stylish cleanups / doc adds.
