If you use the Devel module, you get a nice Krumo output on the demo page which lets you inspect the whole node object to be imported. Great feature!
See http://ratatosk.net/drupal/tutorials/debugging-drupal.html for information on the Krumo
... [More]
functions Import HTML uses under the hood.
Perhaps you could add the above information to the documentation for the demo page?
Kind regards,

When running the demo mode on my local development machine (Windows XP SP3, Nginx, Drupal 7.37, PHP 5.4.38) the Sample Node Edit Form doesn't show and I get the following error message:
Notice:
Undefined index: page_node_form in
... [More]
drupal_retrieve_form()
(line 806 of D:\nginx\html\drupal7\includes\form.inc).
Warning:

function 'page_node_form' not found or invalid function name in
drupal_retrieve_form()
(line 841 of D:\nginx\html\drupal7\includes\form.inc).
Notice:
Undefined index: #node in import_html_demo_form()
(line 2095 of D:\nginx\html\drupal7\sites\all\modules\import_html\
import_html_ui.inc).
Strangely, it does work on my hosted Drupal on Linux with a similar setup.
I've found the following posts which might point to a solution:

Hi,
I've some remarks and questions regarding the Drush interface of this module.
You seem to must set a (relative) path in any case, even if one is already given in the current profile settings. I just set it to the current folder (.) so the
... [More]
pre-configured path get picked up.
Does invoking the import from Drush use the normal import or the batch version (I'd prefer the latter or a separate parameter for that).
There is no Drush-related information in the help yet so just for reference here's the output from the Drush help.
> drush help import-html
Start an import using the appropriate import_html settings profile, a site base location, and the
given relative path
Examples:
drush import-html about/index.html Imports just the "about" page from the currently
configured site.
drush import-html about/ Recursively imports the contents of the "about" folder
from the currently configured site.
drush import-html about Don't do this. It will not recurse, and will just create
a placeholder item for that section.
drush import-html Imports everything from the named path using custom
--profile-id=custom_settings settings.
--source-siteroot=/var/www/archive .
Arguments:
modules A space delimited list of relative paths, taken from
underneath the source siteroot location. Paths can be
html files or folders. Folders will be recursed IF they
end with a "/". Use "." to indicate the source siteroot itself
Options:
--profile-id ID of the import_html settings profile. Defaults to the
one last used if not set.
--source-siteroot Base siteroot to import from. Uses the currently active
path if not set.
