Remove autogenerated files (you nedd to use ./autogen.sh ). Clean up Makefile.am and configure.in to compile only with gtk2 library when selected.

Big patch from Benoit Dumont including: - GTK2 fixes. - Columns layout editable (order, show, hide, size). - Detailled view can have columns sorted. - OK & Cancel button follows GTK2 standard (pictures and order). - A detailled indented view is now available. - Added a button to suppress a specific game option. - Resized some widgets and fixed size of other one. - Fixed some typos. and other that I probably forgot.
