The good news is that GNUmed has seen a steady development over the last few years. The way it currently looks this will not change. The next major release (version 1.3) is about to be released. To bring this new release to the Windows platform as ... [More] well as other Linux distributions besides Debian Linux we need help. If you are willing to learn what it takes by being mentored from start to end please contact us. We have the ressources to teach you how to prepare and distribute packages for Debian, Ubuntu, openSUSE, Fedora, Mac and Windows but we currently lack the time to prepare the packages every time a new version of GNUmed is released. If you want to help bringing the latest and greates GNUmed to more people (by creating packages) please let us know.Regards,Sebastian HilbertGNUmed packager [Less]

Thanks to the execellent work done by the TimelineProject GNUmed now has a visual timeline. Wondering what the fuzz is all about ?Well it can graphically show you when a patient was in a hospital, for what timeframe a medication was given when ... [More] exactly a patient showed up for diabetes care and much more.Enjoy.And when you thought it would not get any better... There now is a feature to filter on which information you would like to display in the timeline. [Less]

A few mailing list postings indicate that GNUmed team is working on a visial representation of a patient's medical history.
