This is a maintenance release, issued to correct the following problems: [feature-requests:#54] under certain circumstances, the toolchains defaults were not processed correctly; to maintain consistency with Eclipse file names, the name of the preferences file was updated to toolchains.prefs.  

A presentation article was published on the ARM Connected Community site, under the name GNU ARM Eclipse: open source tools with (experimental) CMSIS Pack support. (for backup reasons, a local copy is also available).

A new Packs manager page, explaining how to use the new, experimental, CMSIS Packs manager within the GNU ARM Eclipse plug-ins, was added to the documentation and linked below the Advanced menu.
