Fix user namespace mappings size and change minimum value for fakeroot base id, so users will have a true 65536 range and root 1:1 couldn't be overlapped.

Rework of privileges management for e2e tests, most of the code is now executed as non-privileged user unless it explicitly call e2e.Privileged method which is the equivalent of test.WithPrivilege, test.WithoutPrivilege is not required anymore.

Maybe slightly "improved" base environment This updates the copyright thing for Sylabs, also adds a extra space before comment. And changes the "no tests found for this container; running !/bin/sh true" or however it goes.

Check if the container exist, and print user-friendly error if not Adds check in 'cmd/internal/cli' to make sure the 'container' exist and is a plain file (non-directory) only for verify. For all other actions-commands, this will only check if a file, or directory exist. Because you can 'exec' a sandbox image (witch is a directory).
