Modified to keep a copy of the special "white" color space. Previously, this was kept in pcpatrn.c, which was not ideal from a modularity point of view. As part of the change, an initialization routine, pcl_cs_base_init, has been added.

changes default translation (pcmain.c) to put pcl's origin correctly on devices that have a non-zero imageable area. Also, pcl was not using the default plu to initialize line width and the character code was not properly initializing the line width prior to stroking "stroke" font characters.
