provide the filename to the POST form. lfile was undefined, causing the POST variable $POST_fname to be undefined in haserl which caused change_menu_language to change to NULL - and that caused the weird menu names in browsers

rename tor package with gargoyle uci config and init scripts to gargoyle-tor so there is no confusion when installing as a plugin. Also, get rid of accesslabs packages as these are no longer being maintained upstream, and using large patches to security software like tor is a bit... dangerous.
