editors/libreoffice: force PDFium to link with OpenJPEG (+)
When libvcllo.so is linked together with libpdfiumlo.so, it also needs
libopenjp2.so from graphics/openjpeg, since pdfium depends on that.
Building with LTO exposes this as an error
