Deleted APD1, pulled out the calculation of SNRreal from the detectors to FOCSystem and noise generated before amplifier needs to be multiplied by the gain of the detector as well.	johnfh	More...				almost 17 years ago

I'm pretty sure I freaked out prematurely last time. The gain does not have to be included in the responsivity calculation or else the gain would show up double all over the place like in calculating the SNR. changed it back but kept the signal.neff	johnfh	More...				almost 17 years ago
changed SNR min equ, pulse width increase max equ, the detector class now has to have neff and gain to correctly calculate the responsivity for both an APD and pin situation as the eguation changes when there is a gain. therefore, both the responsivity and neff are signal parameters and fed into the edfa	johnfh	More...				almost 17 years ago
