Finished off printing (for now anyway) Val suggested that it would be a good idea to constrain movement to the italic angle. So we do that now. Fixed a crash bug doing transformations with origin set to center of selection in a character with unclosed paths. Fixed a crash in generating postscript if a character had unclosed paths. And another unclosed path fix when updating control points.

First stab at printing. Fixed some locale problems. Info line in charview should sow location of point moved with arrow keys Added Next/Prev Point commands Fixed a long-standing bug in seac output. Fixed an introduced crash in hint output. Fixed a crash caused by increasing the number of characters in a font from Font Info.

I know there are bugs in Remove Overlap. Some can probably cause crashes. So whenever the user does a remove overlap command let's just force an autosave to protect them against those crashes...

Tangent points have glyphs every 45degrees instead of 90. They look better. CJK 94x94 fonts get saved to postscript with LanguageGroup set to 1 Fixed crash in non-Unicode fonts with accented characters when invoking the Element menu. Added hints for characters with refs. Improved positioning of accented bitmaps. Added progress indicators for many font level operations. Font level Expand stroke didn't work if it expanded two (or more) characters.
