Project Summary

Epimorphism is a Psychedelic Video Feedback Simulation, written in Python and CUDA, running on GPU’s using GPGPU at high resolution and in real time. The project is open source and can be found at http://github.com/geneshuman/epimorphism – screen shots of the project can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/46212988@N04/ and a somewhat bad video can be found a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST90dboZ2gc – donations of 10$ or more come with a free high resolution(2000×2000) image, while donations of 50$ or more come with an invitation to a shared Dropbox folder with dozens of high resolution images, and which is constantly being updated. I’m currently working on expanding the project to interface both with musical instruments and EEG data, and when this is complete, I will be releasing an album along with the application and open hardware EEG headsets, which fuses all three aspects.
