Adds a JupyterLite environment to Drupal.
Use Composer and Drush to install jupyterlite in Drupal 9;
composer require drupal/jupyterlite
drush en jupyterlite
Then access JupyterLite at /jupyterlite under your Drupal installation. e.g. https://my-drupal-site.example.com/jupyterlite

Introduction
This module allows you to display a GDPR alert/cookie bar.

Installation/Setup
Install and enable module, like any other contrib module.
Configure GDPR alert message/settings at `(admin/config/gdpr-alert)`.
Fill in any required fields and save. After saving, render cache will be flushed.
