Enable DST's tests to be run via setup.py test. Override nose's default entry point (nose.collector), but set DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE and PYTHONPATH settings. Also think about configuration, so this ones will work with our tests/$name_projects overlay (django-base-library/project).
