1). Fixed bug 805670. Changed the signature for get-next-prob-prime and updated the documentation. 2). There was an incorrect statement about the time to compute a pair of prime numbers of 100 digits each. The claim was (in make-new-keys and generate-prime-pair) that this took 6 minutes. In fact, it takes only 15 seconds. This statement has been amended.

1). Upated documentation. 2). Added package bitcomp (rsm.bitcomp). This package manipulates compressed bit strings. 3). Changed the way the random number generator works in the package random (rsm.random). This will ensure the good randomness properties. 4). Added a web interface to the finance package (rsm.finance).
