+ cbPlugin interface change: cbPlugin::Release() and cbPlugin::OnRelease() changed to cbPlugin::Release(bool appShutDown) and cbPlugin::OnRelease(bool appShutDown) respectively. Fixes app crashes during shutdown. See documentation for details.
