Trying to get rid of the popping below the cells when invoking quicksilver. Also cleaning up the paging code to get it to show/hide when it's proper to do so. Cobalt is now also more conservative about when to get the total count of the matches, we previously did a check every time the user switched between pages, and even when the first page wasn't full.
