Buildtorrent

We are automating torrent sharing in open source project and was looking for a tool, which can create torrent via CLI. That was rather hard task to find such tool, as we need webseed support and also huge files support. Some popular torrent clients which has CLI, rather has not all of this features or just not working. Buildtorrent has it all in one! You have to compile it initially, yeah, but if you do, you will have full functional torrent creation tool with powerful options like setting torrent piece size. And it works in Linux and Windows as well.
