Mash steps profile will now take better account of the last step. It will not need to add 1 to the end volume to make the calculations work. changed a function name to the standard

The strike temp tool is now independant of the mash steps. Tided up the mash steps added some formatting. Added a set data to the request map function Corrected water chemistry so that it uses the request / send mechanism to get and set data
